In order to participate in the activities of ICTeD 2024, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference.

**All Registration and Payment must be mada before Sunday, 8^th December 2024.

• Paper presentation requires at least one author of each paper to register for the conference.
• Registered fees include admission to all conference sessions, daily lunch, tea breaks and conference kit.
• Registration fees will cover one (1) paper per registration with a limit of 6 pages per paper.
• Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergaduate or postgraduate student. A valid student I.D. will be requested at the registration desk for verification.
• IEEE members will receive discount on the ICTeD 2024 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership card/number during registration (please update your EDAS profile).
• Non-student author who registers two papers will receive 50% discount on the second paper.
• All credit card payment are to be made in the United State Dollar (USD) either by Visa/Master Card. For credit card payment, please go to the EDAS ICTeD 2024 registration website (Registration link).
• Bank Draft and Wire Transfer will be allowable upon request direct into JELITA TVET Women Academy account. Local orders are not accepted.

For International participant, the registration fee is payable in the United State Dollar (USD) using credit card via the EDAS ICTED 2024 registration website at Register for ICTED 2024

For Malaysian participant, payment in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) is only payable by wire transfer/bank draft to the beneficiary account below. Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on “NO-SHOW”. The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEEXplore. Therefore, one of the authors or their representatives MUST present the paper at the event.

Papers that have >30% similarity index will be rejected.

Cancellations must be notified by email to the conference secretariat. Any cancellation made within 30 days from the conference date will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. No refund can be made after 15^th Novemebr 2024. The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
